How to write? – Advice and Tips

Formal writing is the usual type of writing used for these letters but you can use informal writing. Follow this guide if you want to know how to write a verification letter.

1. Put your address and the date in the upper left corner of the letter. This information must be written in a bigger font than the rest of the letter. Feel free to use any style; anyway it’s common to see the block centered style.

2. The salutation must be short. The text should contain all of the personal information and the address you are trying to confirm. Establish the purpose of the letter clearly. Explain why you need to certificate the street address.

3. Finish the text with the words “yours sincerely”, write your complete name and sign the paper. Don’t forget to ask for a quick answer. Remain respectful and provide your phone number so the receiver can contact you.
