How to write? – Advice and Tips

This letter does not seek to express the most important aspects of your career and your work experience, but emphasizes the positive aspects of your character, that is to say, it presents the way you are as a person. Who writes the letter has to make reference to his or her relationship with you and the positive qualities that you possess as a person.

If you need to write a personal reference letter, this is how to do it in a proper way:

1. First, this is a letter in which the person must look perfect. What the new employer is looking for is a reliable and qualified person for the position. Sometimes the exaggeration of positive aspects can be negative when selecting staff.

2. You should know what aspects will be taken into account. For example, if the job involves working with children, it is important the sympathy, willingness, ability to control situations and so on.

3. Indicate what relationship you have had with the candidate, and for how long.
