How to write? – Advice and Tips

For the motivation letters there is no REAL template or instructions on how to write one, however you can follow some of the following tips in order for you to write a motivation letter a bit easier.

Where do you start? Well first of all before you apply to any event you must first read the information on the webpage (of the organization or institute) that you want to apply very carefully.

What to write about? This one might be easy for you, just try something about yourself, for example what you study, your hobbies, what you do in your life, and what languages do you speak, etc.

What you don’t want to do (or write about) in the motivation letter is…

the motivation letter will most likely be read by students, just like you so there is no need to be so FORMAL in your letter, hence you don’t need to use salutations such as “Dear Mr. or Ms.” And also the motivation letter is NOT a curriculum vitae so there is no need to enlist every school that you have attended to, so keep it a little bit more brief.
