Doing so it shouldn’t be that difficult or scary, all you need to do is gather all the necessary information and state the facts and politely request a solution that is well within the other parties hands.

To start writing the letter you must follow these simple guidelines:

2. Quickly get to the point of your letter, be brief but at the same time state important details about your complaint.

3. State what solution will satisfy you, but be specific about it.

5. Give them a reasonable time limit to resolve the matter at hand.

6. Finally finish the letter in a respectful manner.
